Our Adult Gymnastics class is a coach led session which offers a structured class and a syllabus to follow . If there is anything out with the syllabus you wish to learn this can be discussed with the coaches directly. All abilities and anyone aged over 16 is welcome and there are no conditions for …moreentry. The Adult Gymnastics class is a pay as you go class and should be booked in through Class4Kids. All pay as you go spaces are on a first come, first served basis. We have one of the top facilities in Scotland and an amazing range of equipment. Our recent upgrades include the installation of foam pits and an inground trampoline which allows skills to be performed with less impact.
